Linda Raftree
With 30 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors, Linda specialises in ethical use of technology and digital data, including emerging technologies such as generative AI.
Past projects have included safe digital programming guidance for migrating and displaced children for Save the Children, a handbook on responsible data practices for the Cash Learning Partnership, and a study on digital mental health and psychosocial support services for adolescent refugee populations for UNHCR.
She has worked with a range of foundations, bilateral agencies and NGOs on responsible data policy and practice, applied research, digital safeguarding, inclusive digital approaches and safe programming.
Linda is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP & CIPM).
