She has been on the ground in 25 crises across the world with a focus on economic security and cash programming over more than two decades with NGOs, UN agencies, the Red Cross/Red Crescent and UK government.

As CDAC’s former Director of Policy and Programmes, Rosie has a deep commitment to CDAC’s mission, a first-class awareness of the relevant policy landscape, and is passionate about shifting power to those who respond first, fastest and most effectively.
