An unprecedented four consecutive droughts, compounded by rising global food prices, have plunged the Horn of Africa into hunger crisis. More than 36 million people have been affected; in Somalia, the most drought-affected country, an estimated 8.3 million people are expected to face the crisis level of acute food insecurity by June 2023.

CDAC Network members are on the frontline responding to the critical needs in the region, including creating tools and resources for those working on the response. This portal is continually updated: if you have resources to share, please send them to info@cdacnetwork.org.
