CJ Lamb
Board member – World Vision International
With more than 20 years of experience in international development across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, CJ has held various roles focused on monitoring and evaluating programme effectiveness and listening to community perspectives. Currently serving as World Vision International’s global Humanitarian Accountability Advisor, she supports disaster response teams to better listen and respond to the voices of affected children and communities. CJ is dedicated to promoting meaningful engagement and participation of these communities in programme interventions. Based near Toronto, Canada, she pursues her interests in photography and genealogy research when not planning her next travel adventure.
