Rosie Parkyn

Rosie is the Global Director of Impact and Learning with the Internews Alliance, an international non-profit and CDAC member which works in more than 100 countries to support journalists and the free flow of high-quality information. Prior to joining Internews she spent ten years with the BBC’s international development charity, where she designed, developed and implemented programmes to support local and national public service media across Africa and Southeast Asia and worked to ensure that political decision-makers prioritised media freedom. This followed a stint running a prison radio station in Wandsworth, southwest London.
