Chief, Needs and Response Analysis Section, Assessment, Planning and Monitoring Branch at OCHA
Tinago has worked with OCHA for over 19 years in climate, conflict and complex emergencies in over 20 countries around the world. He has vast experience building strategic partnerships with key humanitarian stakeholders – both technical and non-technical. Coming from an information management background, Tinago has extensive experience in running the operations of key OCHA offices after the declaration of system wide emergencies.
He is currently the Chief of OCHA’s Needs and Analysis Section. The section which has the global oversight of the implementation of the Humanitarian Programme Cycle and the Global Humanitarian Overview.
